At Trillium, we know how much hard work goes into hospitality. Long shifts, late nights and looking after everyone else first.

So, every Tuesday, we’re giving our friends in the industry 50% off food as a little thank you from us. Whether you work in a restaurant, bar, hotel, café, kitchen, front of house or behind the scenes, we’d love to welcome you in.

To apply, simply fill in the form below. Once your application has been checked and approved, you’ll be able to book in and enjoy your industry discount on Tuesdays.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Trillium hospitality industry discount is available to approved hospitality workers only in Birmingham and beyond!
  • You may be asked to provide proof of employment in the hospitality industry before your discount is activated.
  • The discount is available every Tuesday.
  • The discount gives you 50% off your food bill.
  • The discount applies to food only.
  • Drinks, service charge and any other extras are not included.
  • The discount is available for restaurant bookings only and cannot be used on the terrace.
  • Bookings must be made in advance using the same email address used for your industry discount application.
  • You’re welcome to bring friends. The discount applies to bookings of up to four people, including yourself.
  • The discount cannot be used alongside any other offer, promotion, set menu or event.
  • The discount is personal to the approved applicant and cannot be transferred to someone else.
  • Trillium reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw this offer at any time without further notice.
