Katie Jones X Trillium Red, Merlot & Syrah 2023
This bottle comes from a long friendship between Phil from Trillium and Katie Jones, the Midlands-born winemaker behind some of the most distinctive wines in the South of France. Inspired by Phil’s love of southern Rhône blends, they set out to make a modern Southern French red with ease and balance at its heart.
The result is soft, gently rounded and very drinkable. Expect delicate red and dark fruit, subtle spice, and a smooth medium body. Easy to enjoy on its own, but even better with food.

Drink with: Roast chicken, grilled vegetables, pasta, or relaxed midweek dinners
