This wine comes from a long friendship between Phil from Trillium and Katie Jones, the Midlands-born winemaker known for her distinctive wines in the South of France. Inspired by Phil’s love of southern Rhône blends, they set out to create a fresh, modern Southern French white with clarity and balance.

It’s bright and gently expressive, with soft fruit, lively acidity, and a smooth, elegant finish. Easy to enjoy on its own, and a great match for food too.
