Trillium Gin
Hand-blended in small batches by the West Midlands Distillery, created in collaboration with our restaurant team. This gin was made with the table in mind — easy to enjoy, well balanced, and at home with good food and good company.
Clean and smooth in style, it works beautifully in a classic G&T or simple cocktails where the gin can do the talking.

We use Parcelforce for all UK deliveries.
UK Delivery
Delivery is £10, or free for orders over £130.
Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are sent on an express 1–3 working day service. Most orders arrive the next working day, with approximately 95% delivered the following day.
UK Delivery Exceptions
We may be unable to deliver to some postcodes.
A £20 delivery fee applies to certain areas, including but not limited to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and British Overseas Territories.
Local Pick-Up
All physical products are available for collection and must be picked up from our restaurant during our opening hours.
