Hand-blended in small batches by the West Midlands Distillery, in collaboration with our restaurant team. This is a classic London gin, made with balance in mind and designed to sit comfortably alongside good food and good company.

Fresh, clear and well-structured, with bright juniper at the core and a smooth, dry finish. Easy to enjoy in a simple G&T, or as the backbone of a well-made cocktail.
