Infused in small batches by the West Midlands Distillery, in collaboration with our restaurant team. This is a smooth, softly spiced rum, made to be easy-going and enjoyable at the table, with good food and good company.
Warm spice comes through without overpowering, followed by a rounded, mellow finish. Lovely sipped over ice, or mixed simply.
