1. Age Policy

Trillium operates as both a restaurant and an online store. By placing an order with us that includes any age-restricted items (for example, alcohol), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request photographic identification on delivery or collection. If valid ID cannot be shown, the order may be refused and a re-delivery charge may apply.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we accept your order and (for physical goods) when your items are dispatched. We may decline orders at our discretion.

3. Descriptions and Prices

Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice. If there is a pricing error, we may cancel your order before dispatch. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from delivered items.

4. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

Please inspect your goods promptly. Report any issues such as missing items or damage within 14 days of delivery. Orders sent in multiple parts may arrive separately. If you’ve been told more items are coming and they haven’t arrived within 3 working days, please contact us.

If you request that goods be left in a “safe place”, Trillium cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returning Goods or Cancelling an Order

If you order goods for delivery, you may cancel within 14 working days of receiving them. We will provide a full refund as long as the items are in good condition and your cancellation request is sent in writing. The easiest way is to emai restaurant@trilliumrestaurant.co.uk.

Refunds are issued as soon as possible, usually within a week.
A £10 collection fee may apply for UK returns. If items are not returned in a saleable condition, a re-delivery charge may also apply.

Your Right to End the Contract

You can end the contract by cancelling your order as outlined above. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a refund.

For faulty goods, we may ask you to return the item before we process your refund.

Please keep the item (and all parts of it) until your refund is fully processed. If not retained, your refund rights may be affected.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased through Trillium are non-refundable once issued. They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before the stated expiry date. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

For full details on voucher usage, restrictions and validity, please refer to our Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
